when used in a buffet, pasta stations, or, as an appetizer.

                  *               Cajun Fettuccine: Creole  seasons, tomatoes, peas, peppers, mushrooms,

                                   and clams in a light tomato garlic sauce

* Linguini with scallops and broccoli in a garlic butter parmesan sauce

* Linguini with clams and wild mushrooms

* Linguini with smoked salmon and peas

* Pasta Primavera with shrimp, dressed lightly with olive oil, garlic, and

a dusting of parmesan

* Greek Pasta: shrimp, artichokes, tomatoes, black olives, and penne pasta in a lemon tarragon, feta

cheese sauce

* Seafood lasagne:  crab, scallops, and shrimp in a classic lasagne with a

light tomato sauce




  * 3 Cheese Lasagne with a home-made marinara sauce

* Linguini with a tomato-garlic-brie-basil sauce

* Tortellini with either a pesto cream sauce or a walnut cream sauce

* Southwestern Stuffed Shells:  3 Cheese stuffed shells with a tomato,

jalapeno pepper sauce
